The Baker's Bench Knife is most commonly used by bakers to cut bread dough into loaves but there are many other ways to use this item.

1. Shuttle veggies from cutting board to saute pan
2. Clear the counter of sticky food or crumbs
3. Smash garlic cloves
4. Score shortbread and other dough before baking
5. Cut brownies or bar cookies neatly
